Barista & Kitchen Staff with Regular Availability
We're growing! MBM is looking for baristas and kitchen staff with regular availability. High school diploma required.

Barista - Required:
- You love people! You are friendly and willing to lend a hand.
- You are hardworking. You recognize when a task needs to be completed and are ready to make it happen.
- You are responsible. You show up on time and take ownership over your tasks.
- You are a team player. You enjoy working closely with others toward a goal.
- You love coffee! You want every cup to taste its best, and are willing to learn how to get it just right.
- You are available to work shifts starting at 5:30 am and on Saturdays.
- You have specific barista experience.
- You have experience working in food service.
Kitchen Staff - Required:
- You are available to work shifts starting at 5:30 am and on Saturdays.
- You love people! You are friendly and willing to lend a hand, and have a positive disposition.
- You are hardworking. You recognize when a task needs to be completed and are ready to make it happen.
- You are responsible. You show up on time and take ownership over your tasks.
- You are a team player. You enjoy working closely with others toward a goal.
Kitchen Staff - Preferred:
- Have a high school diploma
- Have reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule when needed
- Capacity to come into contact with nuts, flour, coffee, and other ingredients in a bakery environment
- Must have basic English speaking skills
- Time management skills
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast pace work environment
- Willing to be involved in prep, cooking & cleaning (kitchen and dishes)
