Administrative Assistant

Marsayl Media publishes international magazines and provides custom printing services. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and contracts, managing client ad materials, and maintaining office supplies. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential. There will be some phone advertising sales involved. The Administrative Assistant will also serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and team members
  • Handle ad contracts
  • Research and submit Federal Contract Opportunities
  • Maintain filing systems and office supplies
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination
  • Support team projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
This is an in-person, full-time position. Starting pay is $15/hr, depending on experience.
