You are invited to join us at the Dedication Ceremony & Ribbon Cutting to rename the Heart of Georgia Hospice Inpatient Care Unit in the Perry Hospital to the “Hazel Colson Hospice House” in recognition of Mrs. Hazel Colson’s 73 years of nursing, her distinguished service to our community, and her love and commitment to Heart of Georgia Hospice, the Inpatient Unit will be renamed in her honor.
